How does this brighten your day?

I got an early Easter gift this year; a cast iron skillet! I am enamored with this thing.. I have seasoned it a few times now, and it is working very well. The non-stick attributes are working perfectly! I’ve made pancakes twice in 3 days..

The eggs that have come out of this are so perfectly cooked… It is, quite simply, amazing.

The recipe is for sale, but it’ll cost ya.

Trader Joes is nice in that you can get good food, cook it, and pretend you made something great. In this case you can buy the dough, cheese, and pepperoni without really moving. If you are feeling crazy you can reach for the bacon too…

This pizza is 1/4 bacon, and 3/4 pepperoni. It was awesome.
